Santa Gabby is an independent pop singer-songwriter based in Southern California. Through heartfelt storytelling, emotionally driven performances, and cinematic melodies, she creates music that explores hope, resilience, heartbreak, self-discovery, and the courage to keep moving forward.
Writing and performing her own original music, Santa Gabby blends contemporary pop with honest lyrics to create songs that connect with listeners on a personal level. Her music is rooted in real experiences and the belief that even life’s most difficult moments can become the beginning of something meaningful.
The Story Behind the Music
Ever since she was a little girl, Santa Gabby dreamed of becoming a singer. Music was her greatest passion, and she imagined one day sharing her voice with the world.
As a child, she took piano lessons, but criticism from her teacher gradually made her believe that she simply wasn’t meant to be a singer. She lost the confidence to pursue her dream and eventually set it aside.
Her love for performing, however, never disappeared.
When singing no longer felt possible, she turned to dance. She studied ballet, modern dance, flamenco, and belly dance, staying connected to music and continuing to express herself through performance.
Not long afterward, she temporarily lost her voice for an entire week. The experience frightened her and made her afraid of losing her voice again. Without realizing it at the time, she began speaking more softly and relying on her breath—something that years later would unexpectedly become part of the foundation for developing healthy vocal technique.
